Hi, I'm Courtney!
Welcome to Ella Beth Co.
I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cousin and a friend. I often describe who I am, not by what I do, but by my relationships with others. My relationships are what matter the most to me. I am lucky to be around some amazing souls!
I was blessed to have an awesome childhood growing up on a horse farm in Southern Ontario. I feel that being surrounded by nature and animals has really shaped who I am as an adult. I'll save that story for a future blog post!
I am a medical sales rep, helping people regain their freedom of movement and I truly love my career in sales. Often people think sales is a scary field to be in, but I see myself as an educator, a helper and a confidant to my customers and clients. I have found a very niche field within sales and I am blessed to do what I do everyday.
Outside of my career, I am also a certified Yoga teacher and a level one Reiki practitioner. I love learning new things, especially within the health and wellness category.
I have always dreamed of being a writer...a creator. I want to leave my mark on this world and that is why I started Ella Beth Co. Where exactly this journey will take me, I'm not really sure, but I know that I don't want to sit on the sidelines of my life. I want to dive in and explore the world of blogging, of creating content, and how social media can connect me to like minded people who are also searching for more.
